The restaurant and bar, the food the staff and in general it's easy to stay and relax. The rooms are good.

It's not often you go somewhere with a good expectation, only to be even more pleasantly surprised. That's exactly what happened to usA beautiful venue with spacious grassy and very well shaded camping stands in prime position right in front of the river. Everything was clean and in great working order. Bathrooms were clean, albeit a slight walk away. But what a pleasure and pleasant surprise.

Beautiful part of the EC, clean facilities and most staff members were friendly and helpful. I would come back.

We had such an amazing and relaxing time at Cremorne. The staff is very friendly and Brandon, Sharon and Chucky always make sure that their guests are given special attention each time offering us a scenic hike and the most delicious braai. I cannot flaw this lodge in any way. It is super clean and you can't leave without having their breakfast...yum!

We had the most wonderful stay at Cremorne Estate, the new Fisherman's Cabins are very comfortable and cozy. The Manager Brandon and Sharon his partner are very friendly and get along very well with the guests. The staff are also very friendly and we received quality service.

Things to do in and around Port St Johns

The Gap and Blowhole

(0 km from Port St Johns)

This is a popular place to visit for visitors, as it has the most beautiful viewing spot for sea life. It is quite an adrenalin adventure as you climb down the ladder, and through the gap which is quite narrow. Just a little further on, you'll...

Sundowners on Mount Ethesinger

(0 km from Port St Johns)

On top of Mount Ethesinger lies an older airstrip, the very one featured in the movie Blood Diamond. Take in an amazing 360-degree view of Sullivan Mountain that forms the dramatic gate to Port St Johns, along with Mount Ethesinger. The endless...

First Beach

(1.9 km from Port St Johns)

Port St John's First Beach is a very popular fishing spot, where you are most likely to catch a good size prize on the end of your line. Not a good beach for swimming however, due to the numerous sharks that frequent the surf.

Isinuka Mud Caves and Sulphur Pools

(0 km from Port St Johns)

For a unique cultural experience, come and visit the natural sulphur springs; a traditional healing site to the Pondo people. Immerse yourself in the tradition by smothering yourself in the mud. Dry in the glorious sun and visit the sulphur pools...
