We simply loved spending time at your luxurious resort. The scenery, the cleanliness of the chalets and friendly atmosphere made us feel very welcome. The only thing which could be improved is the gravel road to your resort. We enjoyed the meals we had at your restaurant which was not overpriced at all, but felt that you charged far too much for a bag of ice.Thank you again for a most enjoyable holiday spent at your resort.Rodney and Monica

The restaurant and bar, the food the staff and in general it's easy to stay and relax. The rooms are good.

It's not often you go somewhere with a good expectation, only to be even more pleasantly surprised. That's exactly what happened to usA beautiful venue with spacious grassy and very well shaded camping stands in prime position right in front of the river. Everything was clean and in great working order. Bathrooms were clean, albeit a slight walk away. But what a pleasure and pleasant surprise.

Beautiful part of the EC, clean facilities and most staff members were friendly and helpful. I would come back.

First Beach

Port St John's First Beach is a very popular fishing spot, where you are most likely to catch a good size prize on the end of your line. Not a good beach for swimming however, due to the numerous sharks that frequent the surf.

Bird's Nest Hike

(0 km from Port St Johns)

A beautiful hike through our indigenous forest, up to our the airstrip, which has the best view of the town, ocean and landscapes around Port St Johns. This is an average skill hike, and takes about three hours to finish.
