About Conchea Cottage
Concha Cottage is a double storey, three-bedroom, thatch roof house. The house is situated in Shelley Point, a north-facing village approximately 150km north of Cape Town.
The house is surrounded by beaches and is just a short walk from the golf course and The Shelley Point Country Club and Spa.
Upstairs: one en-suite (shower and bathtub) double bedroom, beautiful sea views and balcony. One double bedroom with beautiful sea views and balcony. One bedroom with two single beds. One extra bathroom (shower)(all rooms are fully equipped with linen and towels).
Downstairs: fully equipped kitchen with dish washer leading to walled back yard. Lounge and dining room area with a fireplace. Large terrace with braai area. Double garage. TV with DStv (Easyview or bring own non-PVRcard) and DVD player.
Golf: Situated inside the Shelley Point Security Golf Estate.
Bring own DSTV decoder and smartcard.
Linen and bath towels provided, bring own beach towels.
Refundable breakage deposit of R500.00 payable cash on arrival.
