The main bedroom is situated upstairs, it consists of a queen bed and built in cupboards. It leads out to two different balconies on each side of the room. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom 2 and 3 is also located upstairs. Both of these spacious bedrooms consists of a double bed and built in cupboards and the rooms share the main family bathroom consisting of bath tub, his and hers hand basin and a toilet. Bedroom 2 also leads out to one of the balconies. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs, and consist of a double bed and built in cupboards.
There is a 3rd guests bathroom downstairs, consisting of a shower, hand basin and toilet. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is a washing machine for guests use and access to the garage. A beautiful fireplace for cold winter nights and large flat screen Tv with full Dstv compliments the lounge area. Outside offers a fully tiled courtyard with outside covered braai area with furniture and pool.

1. 50% deposit to secure booking. Person taking responsibility for booking must be over 18.
2. Cancellation must be made 14 days before occupation. No cash refund on deposit. Alternative date can be arranged
3. The balance to be paid two weeks before the occupation date.(accept peak period 1 month, December and Easter)
4. R1500 key and breakage deposit to be paid into owners account with balance. Breakage fee less deductions for breakages will be refunded within 14 days of departure. Guests will be held responsible for all damages, even if it exceeds the breakage deposit. Also a R500 cleaning fee to be paid in cash on arrival
5. Produce ID on arrival
6. Minimum 2 nights per booking
7. Book-in time at 2PM.
8. Departure time 10AM.
9. No pets allowed.
10. Maximum 8 Adults
11. Self -catering accommodation requiring tenants to make provisions for their own cleaning detergents and groceries.
12. No smoking inside the property, outside and balcony allowed. Tenants will ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of.
13. Follow the instructions for use of appliances. Call agent if not sure.
14. Ensure outside hose is not running
15. Notify the Agent of any breakages.
16. Linen provided, please bring own towels.
17. Take responsibility for dirtying walls and any breakages/damages.
18. No adjustments to pump of pool or Jacuzzi.
19. No abuse of electricity or other utilities of premises.
20. Extension of stay only possible with 1 day prior notice and paid in cash.
21. The premises will not be sublet or used for gain other than applied for.
22. Owners do not take responsibility for tenants’ personal belongings or any liability in terms of personal accidents.
23. Tenants responsible for children around the pool and Jacuzzi area.
24. Please keep your neighbors in mind and lower music/All noise after 10am
25. Keep the house in the same condition as it was received, penalties will be charged if any house rules or Shelley Point Estate rules are ignored.
26. Please make sure to comply with these rules. Penalties will be charged if ignored.
27. Any fines given by the Shelley Point Home Owners Association by not complying with Estate Conduct rules will be charged to the person responsible for making the booking.
29. Should the client behave in such a manner which is not acceptable by civilized standards, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the premises.
