About Cheriton Guest House

Our Guest House is set against the mountain in the quiet suburb of Seaforth. Porcupine are frequent nocturnal visitors and guinea fowl roost in the surrounding trees. The penguin colony, beaches and the town are within easy walking distance.

Witness unforgettable sunrises from our deck or simply enjoy the continuous activity in the bay. Yachts, Naval vessels, Cruise ships, Kayaks, Whales & Dolphins will all compete for your attention.

Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the deck with stunning mountain and sea views. Choice of continental, health, or English is offered with fruit juices, yoghurt and cereal. We will endeavour to accommodate special requests.

All rooms are en-suite and are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, intercoms, satellite TV, and DVD players. Filtered ice-water and fresh fruit is provided daily

Old English style pub and intimate snug with fireplace to use for sundowners, chess, reading or watching dvd's from our extensive collection. Relax in our garden, take a dip in the pool or the jacuzzi

Beach: we are just 10 minutes easy walk away from the Famous " Seaforth Beach" close to the Penguin colony. Most of the time there are penguins on this beach.

Golf: Simon's Town's 9 hole Golf course is just 2km up the road from us.

Family friendly: Children can make use of the games room or cool of in the swimming pool.

Romantic: Honeymoon couples will receive a bottle of bubbly on arrival in a romantic double bedroom with four-poster bed.

We loved the Cheriton! The lovely garden with all the birds and pool which was so welcoming after a hot day. Also the "pub" with its honesty bar. The wonderful views from the balcony breakfast tables and the great food.
