Please check Rates before requesting a quote.Chart Manor Cottage and Bachelor flat now has full DSTV premium.Chart Manor consists of two separate self contained dwellings, a Cottage and a Bachelor Flat in Salt Rock on the picturesque Dolphin Coast/Ballito area of KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. Both dwellings have SEA VIEWS and are a mere 100m from the fully netted and life guarded bathing beach. There are also a LOCKUP GARAGES and A SWIMING POOL.The Cottage sleeps four and a fifth person can be accommodated on a good quality fold up bed. It consists of two large bedrooms. The main bedroom is on suite with a dressing room and has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and is serviced by a second bathroom. (with shower) There is an open-plan fully appointed kitchen with microwave oven and all other appliances with a breakfast nook and lounge area with DSTV PREMIUM PACKAGE ON HD flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, All rooms lead onto a large covered patio with SEA VIEWS. There is also a LOCKUP GARAGE. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans. There is a fenced in courtyard braai area with concrete table and benches. The Bachelor Flat has an open-plan configuration with a fully appointed kitchen with a four-plate hob, microwave oven and other appliances. The bedroom has a double bed with a sleeper couch in the lounge area for young children and the lounge has a flat screen HD TV with DSTV PREMIUM PACKAGE and DVD/CD player and a separate bathroom consisting of hand basin, toilet and shower. The unit leads onto a covered patio with sea views. The apartment is also equipped with an overhead fan. There is a braai area off the patio and a LOCKUP GARAGE. All visitors to Chart Manor comment on how clean and well kept the facilities and gardens are, and the owners take pride in providing a facility everyone can enjoy.Right of admission reserved.No end of year holidays for student/matriculates will be accepted.Minimum stay In the Cottage 3 Nights and minimum stay in the Bachelor Flat 2 nights.
Safari: The Hluhuwe, Imfolosi and the Isimangaliso game reserve's are a mere 220km from Salt Rock an easy drive on the N2 freeway making it possible for a one day visit.
Beach: Salt Rock Beach has shark nets and life guards 7 days a week it has longest sandy beach in the area making it ideal for swimming and surfing.
Golf: Four great golf courses in the area. Zimbali Country Club, Umhlali Country Club, Simbithi Golf Gourse and Prince's Grant Golf Course
Wedding Venues: Very popular wedding venue at the Salt Rock Hotel, 200m. from Chart Manor.

Covid Safety Approved: Covid safe due the fact that accommodation is thoroughly cleaned after the departure guested and all bed linen is changed and that the establishment is totally self catering. There are no other persons entering the apartment during the guests stay.

Additional persons staying overnight will be charged at a rate of R800.00 per person per night.
There is a breakage/key/cleaning deposit of R800.00 (Bachelor Flat) or R1400.00 (Cottage) payable with the accommodation balance.
The Cottage and The Bachelor Flat both have flat screen TV's and full DSTV. premium package.
