Important Information
A 50% deposit secures the booking. The balance has to be paid 14 days before arrival. Please note that you will be hold liable for any serious damage to our property.You will also be asked upon arrival to pay a ZAR 6000 breakage deposit. Naturally this will be refunded when you leave and everything is in order. We expect the guests to look after the house/apartment as we would and to leave it in the same condition they found it. No smoking indoors please. Please respect neighbors right to quiet after 10 pm during the week, and 11 pm weekends. No pets allowed, No parties, weddings etc. Maximum number of persons on the premises is strictly the number for which it was booked for (no day visitors allowed).
