Terrible holiday experience at Champagne Haven When we arrived at the Champagne Haven the cottage drive to our unit 11 way was messed with running sewage.Due to the bad sewage smell we had to lock all the doors and windows. we had planned to have a family braai that night but had to cancel due to the bad smell I would like a full refund on the unit and we did not enjoy our stay .I spoke to the reception person they could not move us to another unit as all the other units where bookedyou may contact me on 083 700 7346or email me reteshr@cosren.co.za*********************************************...

We came for a family reunion and loved spending time in tranquil and beautiful setting with mountain as a backdrop. Shop nearby was well stocked. Chalets were spacious and well equipped.

We had a wonderful 4 days stay. Kids were constantly busy, hiking, rowing, playing tennis. They particularly loved the zip lining at the adventure center down the road. Close proximity to shops and Monks Cowl for more serious day hikes. We loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks
