The villa is serviced daily (except for Sundays and public holidays), and is equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. The villa is very centrally located within the Estate - only 50 meters away from the pools, children's playground and mini golf, and only 250 meters away from the beach, which is accessed via several scenic walkways. We have a private beach, with a one kilometer long stretch of golden sand, which is accessible only to residents of Caribbean Estates.

This villa is free-standing, with its own private garden. It is separated from the river and beach by only a huge dune, which is overgrown with lush vegetation. The sound of the sea is constantly heard, and you'll be able to fall asleep at night, to the soothing sound of the waves. There is a lovely lawn for children to play, and wildlife, like the endangered blue duiker and several bird species can be seen almost daily, grazing on the dune. At night, the Milky way is unbelievably clear in all its magnificent splendor.
The Estate has recently sunk another borehole and is now completely self-sufficient in respect of water supply. Water is purified and fresh, and so clean water is available for drinking straight from the tap! Safety is paramount - the security gate at the entrance is staffed 24/7, and there are also guards patrolling the premises 24/7.
We have installed an inverter in the unit, which means no more load shedding!

The Estate is less than 2 kilometers away from the Wild Coast Sun and free entrance is offered for the duration of your stay. The Wild Coast Sun has a wonderful water park and also three versions of an escape game, as well as several restaurants. The Estate is close to several world record holders, such as the red desert - the smallest desert in the world, and Beaver Creek coffee farm, which is the southernmost coffee farm in the world
Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and doors opening onto the patio and garden, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed (single on top and double at the bottom) and a single bed. Both bathrooms have showers only.
The living area also has a door leading to the patio, and there are eight-seater tables both inside and on the patio.
