- 14 - 8 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total accommodation value
- 7 days - No-Shows – 100% of the total accommodation value

30 – 15 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total accommodation value
15 days prior to arrival – 100% of the total accommodation value
No shows will be charged 100% of the room rate for guests’ total intended length of stay
