A pleasant stay with a gracious hostess who did everything possible to make us comfortable.

          Not what we expected.

This is an incredibly relaxed environment. If you love tranquility and being out in the garden and watching the birds by day and the stars by night - this is ideal for you. You must also have an affinity for the West Coast and the Sandveld. Anita and Brendan Lalor were perfect hosts - maintaining a friendly proximity without intruding on our privacy. I wish we were free to go there more often.

Welcoming home with knowledgeable locals to guide you in exploring the area, will stay there again if we travel the West Coast.

It is all clean, neat and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. The small room with double bed has a toilet and shower opposite each other on a short corridor leading into a "semi self-catering" kitchen with a microwave but no sink. There is a bowl to leave used plates etc. that are washed for you. There are plugs, kettles, toaster, plates, bowls and cutlery. The spacious twin-bed room has 2 single beds, a shower and loo. The rooms are separated from the main house with a screen down a passage. There is no form of heating in either of the rooms.
