Loved the stay in the cottage - nice braai outside on Saturday night.

We loved the way the cottage had been lovingly restored and the profusion of reading material describing the history of the cottage as well as Stanford itself. We enjoyed exploring the Wandelpad with our Labrador, Bella and the fact that we could wander across the village green with her in the evening and eat the most delicious pizza.

The cottage was exactly what we needed, a compact lovely cottage and a big garden for our dogs. It had everything we needed and even lights during load shedding.

This is where we come to celebrate our wedding anniverary. We love the place and so do our dogs, Paris and Grayson. Traffic over Sir Lowry's Pass was hectic and Grayson got a bit green about the gills. Thank you Bea for assisting us. Stanford is a great place, so many activities and rich heritage. We will be back.

Lovely cosy cottage for a winter getaway. My little hound loved exploring the garden and the wood-burning stove for the cold evenings was absolute bliss. We had everything we needed for a delightful stay and would would definitely consider going back another time for a longer stay!
