A refundable Breakages Deposit of R1000 for self-catering unit and R750 for Serenity guest rooms is charged and will be re-funded into your bank account within 10 days of your departure if there are no losses or breakages.
Strictly No Rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by two adults.
Occupants are expected to leave the property as they found it in a tidy, clean and sanitary condition. Occupants will be liable for breakages and any damage caused during their stay including, but not restricted to, the value of their deposit.
Right of admission is reserved, for safety of other guests; visitors should kindly leave the accommodation by 12h00pm, failing which the entire deposit shall be deducted for extra guests.
The volume of music and noise is to be strictly kept to a reasonable level at all times as the premises.
The Occupants shall not have any claims of any nature against the Owner of the Premises rented for any loss, inconvenience damage or injury which the Occupant or Occupants family or visitors may directly or indirectly suffer (even if such loss, damage or injury is caused through the negligence of the Owner of the Premises or the Owners servants or employees) by reason of any latent or patent defects in the Premises, or fire in the Premises, or theft from the Premises or by reason of the Premises or any part thereof being in a defective condition or state of disrepair or any particular repair not being effected by the Owner of the Premises timeously or at all, or arising out of any defect or interruption in the water or electricity supply to the Premises, or arising out of vis major or any other cause either wholly or partly beyond the Owner’s control or arising from any other cause whatsoever.
Should the Owner of the Premises institute action against the Occupants pursuant to a breach by the Occupants of this agreement, then without prejudice to any other rights which the Owner may have, the Owner shall be entitled to recover all legal costs incurred by it including attorney and own client charges, tracing fees and such collection commission as the Owner is obliged to pay to its attorneys, from the Tenant.
All bookings must be fully paid in advance no less than one (1) week prior to occupation. 50% of the total rental to be paid upon reservation and the balance 7(seven) days prior to arrival.
