This double-storey house sleeps eight guests and comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan living area and a separate kitchen with a shutter. Three of the bedrooms are on the top floor. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and separate toilet. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The dining area has a dining table for eight and the lounge area has a lounge set and a TV with DStv. There are ceiling fans in the lounge area and all the bedrooms.

The living area is on the top floor and leads to the balcony with built-in braai facilities, a dining table and a view of the sea in the distance. There is a downstairs lounge area with a pool table. The unit also has a covered patio with a built-in braai. The house has a lovely garden with a pool. There is parking for two vehicles or one vehicle and a carriage. The unit is pet-friendly, but only one small dog is allowed.
