The Brass Bell loft apartment is cosy and designed on top of the tandem garage. The bedroom gets beautiful morning sun and looks over the village of Kalk Bay. The small boxed bathroom is up the stairs next to the kitchen. The sitting room with TV looks out on to the mountains and the local Fisherman's community flats. The neighborhood is scruffy looking on the opposite side of the street but it is not dangerous. There is an alarm remote garage. Please note, there is no garden but a small alley way that doubles up as the exit when there is load shedding.
