We needed a place to stay in transit between Durban & Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park & we were lucky to find the Border Hotel in Jan Kempdorp. It is an old Lodge steeped in history that has had a complete makeover but in keeping with the character of the buildingWe had Executive Rooms which were very tastefully decorated. Huge king size beds with beautiful linen, decent pillows. Nice bathrooms with a rain shower and a Victorian style bath tub. The Executive Rooms have a decent sized seating area.
