This unit is very comfortable and has most things that one would need to have a comfortable stay. It has all the mod con's that one would need and Dennis and Inge are very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The pool was clean and the garden well looked after.Inge spoiled us with some of her favourite recipes and we had to stop her as we would not get through our own food stocks. The only negative aspects in my view was that the loft room does not have a bathroom / toilet, however we knew of this when we made the reservation. Also the boma area needs...

We spent 6 nights at Bona Ngwenya in September 2015. It was a magical stay in a really beautiful lodge. We had all the equipment we needed and the lodge was really comfortable. We thought we would travel to Kruger Park to see game, but found it far more relaxing to sit at the lodge and have all the game come to us. The platform was a great place to view the game in Kruger Park just across the river and we had the impala, warthogs, zebra, kudu, giraffe, bushbuck and banded mongooses come to visit next to the lodge every day. The garden was beautifully secluded and we had over 50 species of bird...

We stayed at the lodge for 3 nights in March 2015. We have stayed in Marloth Park on numerous occasions andthis was by far the best lodge we have stayed at. The only thing we needed tosupply was our food, everything else was there, and I mean everything, therewas even ice in the freezer. While we were there they had some power sharing (only foran hour) but this was not a problem because the lodge was even equipped forthis with rechargeable battery lights that came on automatically, plenty oftorches and even a gas hob for cooking in a power cut. The viewing point wasgreat, you can see right...

We had a wonderful stay. The lodge is well equipped and the air-conditioners and fans everywhere cooled us down in the January heat. Kids loved the pool. The lodge is built in the bush so you feel very much part of nature. The lookout point gives you the best view of the river in Marloth and we had great game sightings. Overall a great experience and we look forward to going again.
