LOCATION, ATTRACTIONS & FACILITIES

The one-of-a-kind Cape Dutch House is nestled softly by the well-manicured gardens with the serene Breede River only 300m from your front door. It is as if the natural elements grew up around it, each piece in its own special place.

The central location is an ideal starting point for day trips to the Western Cape attractions, as well as a great place to remain for rest and relaxation. When you stay at Beausoleil you find a refreshing, picturesque atmosphere that will revitalize your spirits away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our newly designed & furnished Lounge/Breakfast Room offers a comfortable spaciousness, with lovingly selected and arranged furniture to enliven the charm & style that Beausoleil offers.

Breakfast is laid out while guests sit back lazily at the comfortable custom made table & chairs, and enjoy the charm of the thatched roof & beautiful chandeliers. Our breakfast menu is availabe on request.

The fire place is lit during winter months, and the natural flow of air through large sliding doors lets the cool breeze in during summer months.

The Breakfast Room, like the rest of Beausoleil’s rooms and cottages, has been furnished with great taste & care, to ensure that guests are stylishly comfortable while visiting our establishment.

There are also restaurants close by Beausoleil and you can enjoy some of the region’s famous wine and cheese at the local supermarket. In fact, if you are interested in wine tasting, Beausoleil is right in the midst of the R317 wine route! There is a wine cellar at the nearest neighboring estate. Located on the legendary Route62, the town is halfway between Cape Town, Knysna, and the Garden Route for your ease and convenience to experience culture, food, history, nature, and relaxation in one breathtaking estate.

For your comfort we provide guesthouse DSTv, uncapped wi-fi, and all amenities are provided, as well as a communal braai facility outside at the small splash pool that is surrounded by an amazing cactus garden.

We look forward to welcome and spoil our guests at Beausoleil!

the garden room is a little dark in the day, but at night, you have to close all the blinds to block out the bright spotlight on the house

We took part in the Brede river marathon and your establishment is perfectly situated. the setting is beautiful and the facility are a real treat. You stay in luxury at an affordable price. Thanks to Chantelle and the staff for looking after us. We will recommend Beau Soleil to friends and family and hope to be back next year.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Just dissapointed that there was power failures in the morning and no one at the house seem bothered about the guests. The power was also off for two hours in the late afternoon before someone bothered to knock on our door to inform us of the problem. Given the facility has a generator it is expected that they could be better organized in such circumstances. Unfortunately this left us feeling that we were not valued guests. Dave

We where very impressed with the positioning of the place however the cutlery crockery left much to be desired. Only wine glasses no normal drinking glasses tea and beverage very inconsistent I mean two milk tubs to a selection of tea coffee extra just does not add up
