About Beach Crescent

Regarded as the Jewel of the Cape, Hout Bay is entirely surrounded by mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. A blend of colorful cosmopolitan culture and rural ambience creates a truly unique lifestyle experience in this popular seaside village.

Beach Crescent has been designed and built in true Feng Shui style, ensuring complete balance of energy in every space. When you step into the apartment, the feel-good factor becomes immediately clear. There is a very relaxed feel with a sense of outdoor living. Facilities in the apartment include air-conditioning, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, full DStv and 24-hour security. There is safe parking outside.

The kitchen and dining area is cleverly finished with handcrafted wooden features and fixtures throughout and leads onto a large terrace where views abound. On the same level are two double bedrooms with one en-suite bathroom, a further full bathroom and a guest cloakroom.

On the upper-mezzanine level is the comfortable lounge area, great for relaxing and offering lovely views of the Sentinel. Glance up and you see a further example of nature brought into the apartment as the entire ceiling is made from Bamboo and wooden beams in a virtually natural state.
