The Avocado Cottage in Melmoth is an amazing family destination. It is a large and comfortable house will all necessities. We loved exploring the cane plantations and avocado groves. Henk and Riana are perfect hosts. We definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Quiet and safe place, yet still close to town with all shopping opportunities. A great location as a base for exploring Zululand, with its parks and museums. We traveled from the Netherlands and stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every second of it.

As a couple or family I will definitely recommend this place. The multiple big bedrooms, beautiful bath tub, 2 beautiful outside "stoep" areas, old school dining table and living...
