The main living areas and patio boasts mesmerising views with panoramic vistas over False Bay across to Table Mountain. And once the sun has gone down in all its magnificent African splendor, the romantic night lights over the Helderberg continue the magic.
The house is especially enjoyed for its large open plan living area with easy flow, and of course the indoor braai room. This fabulous enclosed patio and braai room is semi attached to the main living area, with huge glass windows that open up for you to enjoy the fresh ocean air. If it’s a windy or gloomy day – just shut the windows and still enjoy the views! The modern kitchen offers fabulous packing space, counter tops and appliances that make this penthouse your home away from home.
