Astove 14 is a great ground floor self-catering unit with amazing sea views, located in Uvongo. Uvongo is a welcoming town on the Hibiscus Coast with secluded, unspoilt beaches, superb fishing spots, a nature reserve, beautiful scenery and so much more.
The unit comprises two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living room area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the second bedroom contains twin single beds. Extra mattresses can be provided for additional guests, and there is also a second bathroom with a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and a washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar and stools. The lounge area includes a TV with DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card, as well as a DVD player. The lounge leads through glass sliding doors onto a small balcony with outdoor furniture, and under cover parking and braai facilities are also provided for guests' use.

R500 refundable breakage deposit is payable per unit prior to arrival.
The breakage deposit will only be refunded within 5 business days after the day of departure into the guest’s / corporate bank account.
Should damages / breakages / shortages occur the balance of the deposit will only be refunded within 21 business days after all breakages / damages / shortages had been replaced ~ should the cost of the damaged / broken / missing item/s be more than the R500 refundable breakage deposit levied, the guest / company will be liable for payment of the outstanding balance within 5 business days of invoice thereof - thereafter legal steps will be taken to ensure re-payment
We request that you please wash your own dishes before departure (you do not have to pack the dishes away), this will insure that no bad odors are left in the unit, failure to do so will result in a R100.00 fine.
An addition cash fee of R375.00 must be paid to the Caretaker when you receive the keys (this is used to Clean Unit after Departure).
