Very nice, clean unit. Parkings on the small size if you have a large bakkie like us have to reverse into parking spot and then downstairs tenant complained that we reversing as when we start the exhaust fumes go into her window. Braai area a problem as not by your unit. Otherwise lovely unit and has everything you need.
