About Anne's Place
Anne's Place is a double-storey, self-catering apartment that is situated in the world-famous Betty's Bay, a pristine Fynbos area surrounded by mountains with the beach only a 5-minute walk away. The owner resides in a private unit with a separate entrance.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan lounge- and dining area, and a kitchen. The bedrooms are on the upper level, 1 features a double bed while the 2nd is furnished with 2 single beds. There is also a full bathroom on this level as well a patio with braai facilities.
On the lower level, you will find the second bathroom, lounge with dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a TV with selected DStv channels. Guests are also welcome to bring their own decoder and smart card. There is no WiFi available. Garage by request. Christmas/New Year holiday full DStv.
Please note that cleaning services are not available during your stay and day-visitors are not allowed.

The tranquil surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking, and fishing. Short rides will take you to the penguin reserve, Black Oystercatcher Reserve, and Harold Porter Botanical Gardens.
A unique experience is to be had between July and November, when the Southern Right whales appear all along our South Western coastline to mate and give birth to their young in the sheltered bays. Betty’s Bay is situated approximately 130 km from Cape Town and 50 km from Hermanus, both beautiful drives.
Please note that a R600 refundable breakage deposit is payable during December and January (Christmas Booking.) The rest of the year it is R300 for the refundable breakage deposit.
