We arrived and no one was there to welcome us. The keys were left in a box at the gate but if my husband didn't jump over the gate and spoken to another guest we wouldn't have know. There was no wood even though on the fridge it clearly states that there is one load of free wood for guest to top this off the geyser was off and we had to wait for more than an hour to be able to shower.Very beautiful and clean place but was a bit disappointed in that*************************************************Hi ChristaThank you for your feedback as this helps us improve. Sorry that the water was not hot...

It is self catering but there wasn't one single pot to cook with, we had to use a pan to boil pasta? No bread board to cut veggies, we had to cut in a plate in order not to damage counter tops.Establishment's response:"Thank you for your feedback all units should be fully equipped for self catering, we will rectify this before the next booking. "thanksNigel & CherylAlberry Cottages
