This is a wheel-chair friendly house as it’s all on one-level and special wheel-chair ramps have been built for the main entrance and master bathroom. Ideal for families, group of friends, golfers and business executives.

Covid Safety Approved: Self-isolation house prepared according to FEDHASA guidelines. Staff trained on Covid preparedness i.e hand hygiene, social distancing, wearing masks. Clean and sanitize before and after each guest stays. Complimentary sanitizer for guest use.
Rates quoted are based on 8 people sharing. No loud music or parties after 23h00. Pets only upon prior request, subject to owner confirmation. Spacious garden enclosed on sides but open in front - do keep an eye on your animals. No animals allowed on beds or furniture. You need to clean up after your animals i.e in the garden/around the property. No smoking indoors - discard of cigarette buds in dustbins only, not in garden or down toilets. Bring own beach towels - bath towels and linen is provided. Check-in between 15h00 - 18h00, check-out by 10h00. R 2000 in cash upon check-in as a refundable breakages deposit. R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. A cleaning surcharge of up to R 1000 will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. This house has septic tanks - discard of ONLY human waste and toilet paper don toilets please and make sure your cleaning materials are septic tank friendly (marked on the label). Extra single mattress on floor for 1 or 2 children can be put in main bedroom dressing room @ R 150 per night. Extra single bed for 1 person can be put in twin bedroom @ R 250 per night.
