I've stayed here many times and unfortunately this will be my last. The room was dirty, bathroom basin and shower had black residue in, no toilet paper in the bathroom. No answer from reception. I was given the incorrect wifi password and when trying to make coffee in the am, the kettle was filled with a cleaning solution or bleach. No assistance from staff

The place is good however they need to sort out running water.
