                          The room we were allocated the door did not lock only the security gate. Some how the owner thought that is ok for guest to sleep in a room that does not lock. We had to put chairs to block the door. My car had to park accross the street for 2 nights because of the parking renovations.Establishments Response:We would like to thank you for your comments.  We take all comments as a training tool.  Discounted rates were offered on all bookings, direct and online, due to parking renovations.  We are aiming at completion of renovations by end September.  The security gate to the unit is very secure...

                          We booked months in advance and paid the deposit for the penthouse suite. When we arrived we were met by one of the staff who told us that they had put someone else in the penthouse suite and the only room they had available was a dingy dark mouldy basement room with no view - take it or leave it. We then demanded to speak to the owner who said she incorrectly read the booking info from SafariNow and who then over the phone told us to go somewhere else as she could not accommodate us and refunded our money which was all fine and well but we spent the entire morning until 3pm driving searching...
