About Longtom Farm Guest House

Longtom Farm Guest House is situated in picturesque Mpumalanga, just a three hours' drive from Johannesburg. With popular attractions such as Dullstroom, Sabie, Graskop, Pilgrim's Rest, God's Window and the Kruger National Park, it is the ideal getaway. We are located just 3 km from Lydenburg overlooking the Long Tom Pass.The country-style guest house consists of 10 beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished, spacious en-suite bedrooms with DStv. Eight of the units also feature a kitchenette. Each suite has its own private entrance and verandah overlooking the magnificent garden with several water features. The garden is an ideal birdwatchers paradise.In addition, Longtom Farm Guest House offers a swimming pool and two lapas with barbeque facilities. Breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room and we can recommend a variety of restaurants for dinner, which are only five minutes from the guest house.

                      Everything was more than perfect!  Very clean, comfortable, well equipped with a beautiful, big garden. We enjoyed a peaceful stay to unwind and rest.  Location is perfect to drive to Sabie, Pelgrims Rest or Dullstroom for a day outing.  Can definitely recommend!!

                      the cottage is well equipped and comfortable and everything is thought of, the gardens are beautiful.  Because it is out of town and no where near any roads, it is very peaceful and tranquil.

                      There are places one stops at and moves on from but there are others one is sorry to leave. This is one of those. The hospitality is first class, the rooms are clean, functional and very comfortable. The breakfast room is interestingly decorated with a "bit of history" while the breakfast is just right. It is of course a very peaceful place, conveniently located away from the main roads but within easy to access to them. This was a good choice.
