About Charlotte House

Charlotte House is a Dutch-Mediterranean home offering four self-catering apartments and meals on request.

We overlook the bay and are situated alongside a coastal nature reserve, with pathways leading through milkwood forests to the pristine Skulpiesbaai beach, where ancient fish traps created by early man can be found.

Tastefully decorated, this establishment really is a home away from home.

I am a bit hesitant to give my honest review because I would like to keep the  this lovely dwelling a secret.  To say the least, it is the gem of Stilbaai. Perfectly located too.  In the evenings we were visited by a pair of owls on the verandah.  Unforgettable!

Stunning apartment with five star decor. The view from the house is really nice overlooking the bay of Stilbaai. It is quiet and relaxing.

Stayed at Charlotte House for 8 days over New Year 2013/4. The house is airy and bright and has wonderful accommodation with big bedrooms and living areas. The beds are big and very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. All that is missing to make it 5 star is a pool, as you need to drive to get to the beach.
