6 Chaka's Place is a spacious self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, On the Dolphin Coast. It is only a stone’s throw from the sandy beach, and a short drive to various entertainment facilities. This ground-level luxury apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, of which the main is en-suite, an open-plan living area tastefully decorated, with leather chesterfields and with a TV and full package DStv access, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine dish washer, wine fridge . Important Information
• Guests and their visitors must abide by the terms of the rules and regulations of Chakas Place complex.
Chaka,s place is a non smoking environment
• If these rules are not adhered to, we may be requested by the permanent tenants of the complex or
security to evict the guests and/or their visitors.
• None of the following are permitted at 6 Chakas Place: subletting, camping, loud music, unruly behavior,
or allowing more people to stay in the apartment than the allotted amount of persons the booking was
made for.
• There is only one parking bay for the apartment; any other cars must be parked on the street adjacent to
Chakas Place (street parking).
• Bed linen will be changed once a week, and towels will be changed every fourth day, and will be supplied
to the amount of persons given at the time of booking.
• Beach towels are not supplied, and house towels are not allowed to be used for the beach.
• Should the TV, air-conditioning or electrical appliances become faulty during your stay, we will endeavor
to have them repaired or replaced as soon as possible. However, no reduction in rent will be allowed for
delays beyond our control.
• Before vacating the premises, please ensure the property is in the same condition as it was found. All
doors and windows must be locked and the keys to the apartment must be handed to house keeper.
• Neither Chakas Place nor any other person acting for or through or on behalf of Chakas Place shall be
liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or wrongful death, loss of income or loss of support claim or
punitive damages or any other claim of the tenant or the tenant’s representatives or dependents.
• I agree that this waiver of liability and indemnity agreement covers the entire duration of my rental of the
accommodation provided to me and I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Chakas Place its
agents and employees, from any and / or all claims made against them arising out of my rental and
occupation claiming through me.
• On receipt of your deposit or full payment, you are deemed to have accepted the above conditions of
letting.
