Welcome to this light and bright renovated luxury apartment, with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the Platinum Mile of Mouille Point’s Beach Boulevard, the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, and is within easy walking distance from amenities such as cafes, restaurants, deli's, bus routes and all the entertainment and variety of the world famous V&A Waterfront.

The kitchen is beautifully renovated and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, washing machine and tumble-dryer, a stove with hob and oven, a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and a full range of crockery and cutlery.

Located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point, Mouille Point features an abundance of apartments overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island and Lion's Head. The promenade stretches along the beachfront, and is great for roller-blading, jogging or a sunset stroll. Mouille Point’s landmark is its lighthouse, which was the first lighthouse in South Africa, built in 1924. It is still operational and can be visited during the week from 9 am to 3 pm.

We charge R300 for a late meet-and-greet for check-ins between 18:00 and 06:00 on weekdays, and on weekends after 17:30. Airport transfer costs are R450 one way.

The apartment only gets serviced with arrival and departure, should a cleaning be required, this must be arranged with our office at an additional charge with 48 hours notice.
Consumption such as water & electricity is included in the rental.
Telephone charges/internet connection, if any, is for your own account unless specified otherwise.
We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar or higher quality apartment, should the apartment not be "lettable" for any of the following reasons:
* Internal damage & maintenance issues
* Death of the apartment's owner and/or spouse leading to withdrawal from the rental pool.
* Any security breach which could risk the safety of our guests.
By accepting this booking you confirm that you adhere to these conditions above, and authorise the managing agent to charge you with any amount as per the terms and conditions above.

The managing agent, it's employees and/or agents accept no liability for any loss or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever, unless such loss or damage has regard to any circumstances within the managing agents reasonable control. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefore recommended.

      We enjoyed the view from the balcony for early morning coffee. The stairs can be a problem to carry up your laggauge if you are elderly, assistance can be of great help

      Excellent position. Walking distance to Waterfront. Pleasant balcony to sit on watching the world pass by. Handy for shops and bars. Good size flat, well presented and clean with all requirements. Would recommend and hope to return.

      The apartment is very well equipped and has a great view. Perfectly located for walks along the promenade, close to coffee shops and in walking distance of restaurants. It conveniently has a washer and dryer plus a very well-equipped kitchen including a dish washer. The apartment is clean and airy.Note it is on the third floor so there quite a few flights of stairs however this was not an issue for us.Would stay here again.
