29 The Village is a tastefully furnished self-catering apartment in a secure complex, opposite the beach in Hout Bay. The apartment offers lovely partial sea and mountain views and is ideally located for exploring the Cape Peninsula.
This apartment sleeps four and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The room has sliding doors leading to a large balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds and has access to the second bathroom which has a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
The lounge has two couches, a TV with DVD player and a variety of DVDs. Free WiFi is also available. The open-plan dining area and living room open onto the balcony with braai facilities and outdoor furniture.
The Village complex has laundry facilities, a large heated indoor pool with a shallow slope, direct beach access, and 24-hour security entrance. There is also secure basement parking with lift access to the apartments.
The complex is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, supermarkets, banks, a gym, and is a few minutes drive to Chapmanspeak Drive. It is also on the MyCiTi route.
