We left Durban at 6pm and upon our arrival at Eden Wilds at 8pm on a Friday evening, the security was unaware of our booking so he radioed to reception. Mr. Kobus was in the office at the time, he refused to see or listen to us even after we had told him we held the proof of the confirmation of booking. I had to call and message the owner Mr. Kevin Harris to confirm with Mr. Kobus so we can get entry. After receiving entry Mr. Kobus was unapologetic. The TV did not work as the signal /cable was not connected. So we had no TV for the weekend.The roads were in a bad state.

The total stay was amazing, from the accommodation which was amazing to the beautiful gardens, the swimming pool area and the fishing so close buy. A true gem in the middle of nature. A true peaceful and relaxing holiday and also very child friendly. I will definitely be back
