Important Information
A damage deposit of ZAR1 000 and a once- off cleaning fee of ZAR450 is required and payable 3 days before arrival by EFT.
The damage deposit if fully refundable by EFT 2 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of accommodation.

*Only the specified number of guests as quoted and paid for are permitted on the premises.
* Our facilities are for the exclusive use of our guests only. We do not allow any other people or vehicles access to our premises whether it be family members, friends, or otherwise.
* No loud music or excessive noise is allowed.
* Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
* Parties / events are NOT allowed.
* In accordance with South African Law, Smoking is Prohibited inside the apartment.
* Pets are not allowed.
