Description
If you’re exploring the Kruger National Park on a self-drive safari, a few well-timed stops are essential to stretch your legs, enjoy the glorious bushveld views and grab a bite to eat. At least 17 picnic sites are dotted throughout Kruger, and the main rest camps provide designated picnics areas for day trippers. Some picnic sites even offer gas “skottels” (frying pans) for a small fee, which the attendant cleans after your departure.
