Kruger National Park Camps

Description

Kruger National Park’s diverse selection of accommodation ranges from rustic SANParks cabins to intimate bush camps and the utterly luxurious safari lodges in private concessions.

Choosing a camp really depends on individual needs and preferences – some may prefer the convenience of Skukuza’s restaurants, shops and swimming pools while others favour the exclusivity of private luxury lodges, or the intimacy of the bush camps and the tranquillity of Punda Maria, Kruger’s oldest camp. To really get the most out of your Kruger visit, aim to stay at quite a few of the camps.

Apart from exceptional game viewing, the benefit of staying at a private game lodge is that the rates include all game drives, activities, lodging, meals and beverages. If you’re travelling with young kids and opting to stay at a private lodge, check in advance whether they accept children over 12.
