About Mandore Palace and Gardens

Just 9km north of Jodhpur, Mandore was the seat of the Rathore kings of Marwar until the 6th century when Jodhpur was established. The beautifully terraced Mandore Gardens are set on a hillside and house a temple and the Hall of Heroes, a small museum dedicated to folk heroes and deities.

Open daily from sunrise to sunset. Museum open Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm.
