Perfect for a week end away, from the city buzz

In April/May 2012, my boyfriend and I indulged in a romantic weekend getaway to Vanderbijlpark. We spent 3 nights at the beautiful Vaal River Guest House where we were treated to fantastic hospitality by the owners. Vanderbijlpark is a beautiful and clean city, we went for walks, drives, bowling, golf, the Zoo, putt-putt and we also went for lovely dinners to the Vaal mall. The Casino, The Mall, The Movies and The Activities were amazing, I might add we wouldn't have voluntarily done some of those activities had we been elsewhere. The places cleanliness, hospitality, welcome and services were always on top of their game thus making our experience rather efficient and enjoyable.

Vanderbijlpark is a place you dont want to miss. it very nice and entertaining. the guest houses there are very clean and you always feel at home. People are friendly and always know how to treat guests.

Our arrival was friendly, without being drawn out. We left for a splendid dinner at an Emerald Casino restaurant and returned to a good night's rest at the guest house. Accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast was a good start to the day.

We were amazed at how big it was. Went to the river and saw a lot of Sasolburg. Plenty options for dining. The people were friendly.
