About 80 km South from Kimberley. It is a park with the most amazing abundance and variety of endangered wildlife. There are no predators so the animals are relaxed. Not much bird-life though but game viewing is magic. It was HOT so take plenty of fluids, sun-block and hiking shoes if you stay at Lilydale as you can walk down to the Riet river which flows below the camp. Sunsets and dawns are breathtaking?

Mokala is one of the best National Park we've visited. For the last 25 years we visited Kruger Park every year. Mokala's accommodation is of the best. We stayed in Lilydale and Muso lodge and in Muso the restaurant is of the best. Kruger can really learn from them regarding food. We are going back to Muso in January for 4 nights. Staff is very frienly and helpfull. They will go out of their way to assist.
