Our stay at Seekat 2 will be an unforgettable one, the place has great views, is a walking distance from the beach and is well equipped. I will definitely recommend this place again.

As a couple living in Johannesburg and have hectic lives - this was truly the best holiday stay that we have ever experienced. We love Paternoster and now that we have experienced Seekat 2 we will never go elsewhere for a West Coast holiday. The house is fabulous everything you need, the seahouse decor is beautiful and gives you the sense of peace and quite! The view from the top part is awesome. Myself and my husband has fallen in love with Seekat 2 and there amazing owners (Rina & Waly) you are the greatest people ever! Thanks for the opportunity for us to stay in your lovely house - we will see you soon!

What a wonderful breakaway for two. Perfectly situated in the quiet part of Paternoster. Apartment has everything one could need and more - very tastefully decorated with a modern kitchen and stunning sea views.

We stayed at Seekat 2 for the first two days of our honeymoon and it was absolutely great. Anything you can think of and may need is in the cottage. We will definitely go back for an anniversary.

Seekat 2
Seekat 2 is a stylish and modern self-catering unit, ideal for two guests, located in Paternoster. The en-suite bedroom is located downstairs while the living area and second bathroom are located upstairs. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge and the unit offers full DStv and modern finishings. Barbecue facilities are situated on the balcony with beautiful views.

Paternoster is a charming town with traditional fisherman’s architecture and endless white beaches. The warning sound of the foghorn when the mist enters the bay sets a perfect romantic atmosphere for any couple. The restaurants here specialize in mouth-watering seafood dishes and the area is bursting with ocean activities. Enthusiasts can surf, snorkel, scuba dive, windsurf, kayak and enjoy relaxing walks on the beach.

During the months of July to December, whale and dolphin watching is certain and August to October is flower season. Columbine Nature Reserve is 8 km from the village and guests can visit the West Coast Fossil Park, West Coast National Park and the Berg River Estuary for a day’s outing.
