Extremely disappointing accommodation. Apartment dirty and in a very poor state (certainly not luxury) - starting with not being notified about a two day extremely noisy school water polo tournament in the canals. Many things not working or up to scratch in the apartment. Bathroom in poor condition and very difficult to access shower in the bath. List sent to manager of apartment - but never visited to check on the complaints. Patio furniture extremely uncomfortable and unstable. Access to waterfront always wet and goes past delivery and refuse removal area of restaurant. No view from bedroom. Bottom line - dont waste your money and find somewhere else to stay, as we will. We have pictures as proof of the poor state of the apartment.

The unit catered for all your needs. Clean and Fresh. A spectacular view of the waterfront. Convenient and central to all the amazing resturants.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Our unit was extremely comfortable, we could wish for nothing more. Thank you Knysna Quays, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful location, everything you could need for a relaxed family getaway, and enough extra touches to make it all feel quite luxurious. Even located directly opposite the restaurants on the last night of the Oyster Fest, it wasn't intrusively noisy thanks to blinds and blackout curtains.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will definitely come back.

This is truly a magical place. Every time I go to some part of the Cape, I seem to lose a piece of my heart there. Knysna Quays was simply the best accommodation for us. We were perfectly situated. We really enjoyed our stay and when we go back, we will definitely stay at Knysna Quays again.

Exceeded all our expectations

A lovely place to stay, with a gorgeous view over the water, plenty of shops and eating places a few minutes' walk from the door.  Plenty of activities nearby. The apartment was very well equipped and most comfortable. 

The apartment was very nice and comfortable but could have done with air con, one other hair dryer and an additional shower. We were only three ladies and found it quite inconvenient that we had to share the only shower. The apartment was for six people and I can't imagine how they all got on with only one shower.  It would be quite easy to fit a shower over the bath.  Also the plastic table on the balcony took the look away from the whole outside area.

Accommodation was great. Weather not so great but we enjoyed our stay.Apartment has all you need. Would visit again

Convenient centrally located, wonderful north facing, which allows for the winter sun to warm the apartment, we loved it! Our boat was parked in front and had easy access to thesen island, stunning apartment, we would like to book the same for next year, thank you.

Great place to stay. We had tons of fun and appreciated the close proximity of the waterfront and town. The accommodation was 5 star and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. Will visit again anytime.

Booking in was smooth. We were escorted to our unit, everything was explained. Unit was very neat and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean,modern and very well appointed apartment No.10. DSTV, under floor heating, Weber, aircon plus plus. Perfect positioning. Caffe Mario even delivered our Pizza! Recommended.

Excellently situated and facilities. Upkeep of infra structure needs attention eg leaking tap in no 10. Overall very good especially secure parking and access.

The setting was out of this world, the accommodation wonderful and the staff really helpful.

It's a beautiful place. The nights there were very cold and nobody cared to give us a blanket. I will definitely use it again when I go to knysna again, despite the blanket issue.

We have stayed at Knysna Quays several times over the past years, and always return. The customer care is marvelous as is the attention to detail in the apartments where we have stayed. Excellent for a summer or winter break!

I enjoyed so much to be in the apartment. It is well located and is very comfortable. I recommend it to those who'd like to spend a few days in Knysna.

The accomodation was simply perfect. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped. We stayed at 41 and 50 for two nights and would have happily stayed there more longer. We strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone. We`ll certainly keep a good memory of our stay there.

Great location! Clean, secure accomodation. I was disappointed that there was no Internet access as advertised under Facilities and Services.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Very centrally located. Under cover parking very convenient. Only complaint I have is the noice from the people from the restaurants taking dirt bins to a central pick-up point. They drag the bins and slam the lids closed and we were woken up by that every night. I would suggest that they should empty the bins at a more civilised hour and not at 11h00 or 11h30 at night.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment on the Quays for 1 week in mid feb 2012. The accomodation was very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and a perfect location. It was also very reasonably priced. The only down side was that by 11 in the morning we had lost the sun on the terrace.

Three-bed unit was well-positioned, clean, well equipped and most comfortable. Very easy access to Knysna Waterfront and not too far from town. Would certainly recommend.

We had a good stay and it was very peaceful and relaxing. The best getaway I have ever had. Everything was perfect. I loved the fact there was a washing machine available and I had my clothes washed everyday. It was the first time I got home after a holiday with no dirty laundry. Overall, it was magical for us and I will definitely be back in time.

We had a lovely time, relaxed on the balcony every morning & night!

We stayed here with our two children for five nights mid December. The flat is in an excellent location, with a large balcony looking over the marina, next to the quay shops and restaurant development. It was kitted out with everything we needed to a high standard. Full DStv and DVD's were a real win too. If you are females only I would recommend a second floor flat like ours as the ground floor apartments are on the water. Kids bought great cheap fishing rods from Breezers and caught several fish in the lagoon. Highly recommended. Book the cleaning service option for R50 a day if you don't like washing up on holiday.

It was beautifully clean and quiet with lovely décor. We felt secure and had lovely views. From the cooker to the TV and air-conditioner, all our needs were catered for and the bed was really, really comfortable. We had a lovely break with loads to do in Knysna and surrounds. Thank you.

Knysna Quays was more than comfortable, it was luxurious. What a beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. I hope to visit again really soon.

We had a two-bedroom apartment for two nights and I have to say it was one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in for a long time. The location is excellent for exploring the surrounding areas and offers plenty restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Sitting on the balcony watching the small boats go past was so relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Quays very much. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely return. Our friends from the UK were very impressed.

It was amazing, we parked our car and didn't have to drive anywhere for the rest of our stay. The view is exceptional and the apartments are very well equipped.

Best appartment, best location, best view. Mit liebe eingerichtet, als ob dort jemand selbst wohnen wuerde. Direkt ueber dem schoenen Hafenkanal. Unbedingt den zweite. Stock nehmen damit keiner auf die Terrasse schauen kann und die Sicht ist auch besser. Der preis ist unschlagbar gut, wir koennen es selbst heute kaum fassen. Geiheimtip: Fruehstuck unbedingt bei dem Italiener gegenueber einnehmen (das I-Tuepfelchen unseres urlaubes). It is furnished with love, just like someone would live there themselves. It is located just over the harbor channel. The second floor is perfect because you have great views and nobody can see you on your balcony. The price is unbeatable, even now we can hardly believe it. Take the breakfast-included option, it was the icing on the cake to a great holiday trip.

Thanks for providing the perfect location for our family holiday. We found the Knysna Quays to be right in the centre of the action. From the moment we arrived and looked out from the verandah, we unkowningly found ourselves looking straight at what we now know as the magnificent food experience called 34 South! Knysna Quays was also a quiet and tranquil setting alongside the water. We were fortunate to have a waterfront apartment complete with two sea kayaks, providing an unexpected bonus to our holiday experience. We chose Knysna as our base for visiting the Garden Route, and after many day trips to some wonderful sights, we were always glad to be heading back to Knysna Quays at the end of the day. Thanks for providing a home away from home.

Excellent accommodation in interesting surroundings. Able to walk around the area and left the car in the underground parking. A treat. We enjoyed our two nights very much. Excellent restaurants nearby.

My wife and and I stayed at Knysna Quays for the first four days of our honeymoon. The accomodation was awesome with a beautiful view of the Marina from our balcony. Everything was within walking distance and we definitely plan to come here again.

We had a lovely time! We go to Knysna once or twice a year. This was our first time staying at the Quays. It is extremely well situated and good value for money. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our three night stay and should we stay over in Knysna again we will consider staying at Knysna Quays.

As South Africans, Knysna and the surroundings remain one of our favourite vacation spots! The Knysna Quays is as good as it gets- right in the middle of "whats happening". We visited Leisure Island, the Heads, spent Sunday afternoon at the Oyster Bar- great! A weekend is just too short! The views and sunsets were spectacular and the accommodation superb.

Thanks to the staff at the Knysna Quays for making our stay a pleasure. We had several special requests and they were happy to accommodate us. We will certainly recommend this establishment for people who want a laid-back and relaxing stay in self-catering apartment-style accommodation within walking distance of just about everything in Knysna.

We were bowled over by this place - the staff checking us in were friendly and helpful. The property itself was wonderful - great location, brilliant decor and fantastically well stocked - everything you could want for a peaceful and relaxing few days. We were a group of 5 friends and this property provided us with enough rooms and space to relax in privacy and also to spend time together braaing on the deck in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this place again.

We now know where the "rich & famous" spend there time !!!! The visit was faultless, great room,great view,great position and the apartment lacked nothing !!!!!

Ideal base for exploring the area and added advantage of being able to walk to restaurants.

The apartment and location was fantastic... A few points though.... two sets of keys should be provided...we were two couples and found having only one key a bit of a pain.
