Adorable hosts and perfect location

It was so nice to have such a warm welcome on a windy evening! Adele and Kevin are adorable hosts, very hospitable and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We'll definitely stay there again if we ever go back to South Africa!

On Boulders
Nature calls out to you at this prime waterfront location. On Boulders, a gem at Boulders Beach in Simons Town, is located in a marine preservation area with penguins in the garden and whales breaching in the lapping False Bay waters, right on your doorstep.

This architecturally designed home offers double en-suite rooms situated in a garden cottage with access to the sea. Each room has sea views and sleeps two.

On Boulders has the privilege to be surrounded by nature with penguins, abundant birdlife, and the odd mongoose or genet right in our garden. You regularly see and hear whales and schools of dolphins within metres of the property. Due to our proximity to the sea, guests are often first on the beach at sunrise.

On Boulders is located 1.5 km south of historic Simons Town, where you can stroll through the lanes of this well preserved Victorian village, with its quaint shops and award-winning coffee shops.

Daily boat rides leave from the quayside to view the seal colony, whales, marine birds, and to nearby Kalk Bay where shopping for that unique art piece, jewellery, or antique is a must. Punctuate your shopping with a yummy treat from one of several eateries, or while away a few hours absorbing true Cape culture watching the fisherman at the charming Kalk Bay Harbour.
