Beautiful

Beautiful, spacious, clean guesthouse. Sabine is a lovely, warm,friendly woman who made us feel very welcome. Her breakfasts are wonderful and she didn't mind making us copious amounts of coffee! One thing that was lacking in the bedroom, was an aircon. Quadriplegics get extremely hot and take a long time to cool down, which can make a hot night a bit unpleasant. Apart from that we were extremely satisfied.

We werden erg gastvrij onthaald. Mooie grote kamers. Doordat het rustig was hadden we de hele grote keuken en kamer voor onszelf. Het ontbijt was heerlijk!! Een prima verblijfadres.

Epic Guest House is situated in rustic Noordhoek, with its delightful village atmosphere and located at the foot of famous Champan’s Peak, the most scenic coastal drive along the renowned Cape Point Route in Cape Town.

Mature tall trees across from our one-acre property enhance the relaxing country feel. A lovely wide veranda deck entices you to enjoy the awesome views of the surrounding mountains, wetlands and amazing sunsets almost 365 days of the year, with the Atlantic Ocean beckoning in the distance.

You immediately feel a sense of light and open space once inside the guest house. The wide-beamed high ceiling lounge area and spacious dining room are decorated in a clean and modern style with a tasteful touch of Africa. Epic Guest House is cosy yet clutter-free, and is easily accessible for wheelchair users and able travellers alike.

We offer accessible bed and breakfast accommodation, with no barriers, and four disabled-friendly bedrooms. Two are spacious en-suite family rooms, and the other two double or twin rooms have their own separate bathrooms, all with accessible roll-in showers and very inviting comfortable beds.

A scrumptious wholesome breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:30, with coffee and tea available all day. A wide variety of restaurants are available to satisfy every taste bud and budget.

The additional pool and barbecue area look down onto the wetland where abundant birdlife visit our property and if you are lucky, you will hear the famous call of the African fish eagle. The large Koi fish pond is another tranquil place to relax.

Shopping centres, a post office, several banks, and all amenities are available within a 3 km radius.
