The only big disapointment on a fantastic trip to Namibia

I have booked 4 rooms via Internet and paid half of the total cost. When we arrived, they did not have our reservation. When we finally got our rooms, we took a cold shower because there was no hot water. Checking out on the next day took forever as we were billed the full price, even though we had already paid half when I booked online. Two weeks later, we were back for one more night. Again no hot water when we arrived. This time, the check out experience was a nightmare since we were billed for 5 rooms instead of 4. After 45 minutes of discussions, we settled for an amount of money in order to be able to leave and catch our flight. An unfortunate way to end a beautiful trip. With the new Hilton opened in town, the Country Club will have to review its pricing and its management.
