Horrendously disappointing

03 January 2013 Our stay at Villa Via was so disappointing and definitely the low-light of our trip to Cape Town. When we arrived on Christmas Eve they had not made up the bed for the children so I phoned to remind them, at which the receptionist asked assured me of course it would be done during the course of the evening as we were going out. We arrived home at 01:30 in the morning and the room had not been touched! We were then running around trying to find someone to get linen and make up the childrens bed. Eventually the security guard found someone and then proceeded to assist in making up the bed. There was black mould in the shower which was als blocked and we had to get someone to unblock it at about 2 am. The service at breakfast was shocking and we had to run around ourselves looking for sauces, coffee and utensils as well as clear our plates to a nearby table. All in all, they will not see us ever again!
