Unfortunately the owner was not informed that we were bringing a wheelchair, so the lovely unit booked could only be used by the able bodied. Andre Slade did, however, do his best and welded a ramp within half an hour so that our wheelchair friend could at least reach the upper level rooms.

The place was nice, big and clean. Very large bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, we got everything we wanted. Oh yeah, the radio system...mmmm, is super good.

This is the best place place right now to stay at in Sodwana. I loved the lack of red tape and hardly felt the authority of the host, yet he was always there as a friend/uncle ... that willing to help relative at the end of the journey! I was home there and met many other locals who literally receieved me as a son, by my mere surname being the same as theirs.

We had a great time. Andre Slade is a very welcoming owner. Kids relaxed and had fun too.
