Very clean and neat. Staff is very friendly and helpful and food is excellent. The casa rooms do not have little fridges and tv is due for upgrade. More channel options will also be nice, especially for those rainy days.

We enjoyed our experience, even when there was a power cut. It was lovely!

Casa do Sol had excellent service and a great ambience. We were private and the room was great. The only complaint that I had was the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Every time my husband turned around I woke up because the whole bed bounced. Also the air conditioner was right above the bed and blew on our faces and backs the whole night, which was not very pleasant. We eventually asked for another room, which was gladly obliged with two single beds next to each other. The air conditioner was also not over the bed. We also asked for coffee, whilst waiting for the dining room to open. It was very weak and undrinkable. Otherwise the breakfasts that we had were excellent. Overall we had a good experience.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. The only snag was that there were a number of areas that were going through renovation or construction and this made it rather disturbing at times. However we find all the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. I would go back again

We just spent an excellent four days in the very cozy "village" that Casa do Sol really is. Wonderful small alleys leading to spacious rooms with their own private gardens. Friendly service and lots of asssistance to organise both safaris and other activities made this a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Good place to stop over, or kick back from the safari scene - needs a wee bit of maintenance here and there, but the pool rocks, and the staff are frinedly and helpful to requests - eg stocking the mini bar; getting pool towels after 6pm; arranging some kind of kids meals from the set menu; eating breakfast on the patio!! - flexible with an ask - a 10 min drive to Hazyview means you can eat out if you wish and come back - the disneyish italian style was a hit with us and the kids - check what package you have on arrival

Restaurant and bar staff are so friendly and made our stay extremely pleasant. Food excellent.

WE had a very enjoyable stay, pity it wasnt longer. The staff were always willing to help and always smiling. Will be back soon.

Very nice, well maintained. Gardens are lovely and a real place to escape to!
