Good day I am sorry about this but i did not receive good feedback from our trainer. Room wasn't ready (this was after guests left) food wasn't good. People wasn't orginised etc. The list way to long. I hope that this will help to grow because it's one of the only places our trainers gave a real bad review back.

Good day, my family and I definitely did not enjoy the stay! On arrival my family was told that the place I booked them into was fully booked (Gold Guest). They then sent my husband and son to a so-called guest house that he said he won’t even let his dog sleep in. The place was old, cold and unappetising. They then went back to the so-called 4 Star and kicked up a racket, they then gave him a room. The room was smelling and to his surprise the water was cold that he had to shower in. They immediately booked out the next morning. My question to you is, do I get any refund back because I paid for three nights and only stayed one night due to the service and conditions of the room? How on earth do you give a place like that 4 Stars?! I am a very disappointed guest!

We really felt very welcome and at home. The rooms are pretty and cosy, very nicely decorated. Breakfast was great
