The house is a lot smaller than on the photo's. We stayed behind the main villa, very cramped for 4 adults and 2 children. The house also was not cleaned and maintained properly. Overall i was not impressed at all for the price we paid.

The house is very nice. we have enjoyed our stay. The house was not clean and we expected someone to at least come and clean in every 2 days. We only saw Anel when we check in and out that was it, there was no communication or what so ever during our stay.

Lovely accomodation but needs a good clean and good check before new occupants arrive. Bring your own toilet paper as you will get told that they do not provide it because it is self catering!

The Paua self catering holiday accommodation will definitely be our choice of accommodation when visiting Swakopmund in the future. This being our first visit to Swakopmund, we were not sure what to expect. What a wonderful surprise to arrive at a beautiful family orientated home. The home is well located close to the sea, yet provides a quite, safe and peaceful surrounding allowing us to relax. It is also located close to a wonderful amenities so a trip to the local shopping centre can provide for all your requirements without having to travel to the centre of Swakopmund. This is a highly recommended accommodation option considering that this choice should fall well with the upper class status for accommodation with a price tag better than most other accommodation options of much lesser quality.

We were very impressed with the luxury town house, very modern, clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay. There is plenty of space in the main house and the townhouse. It is beautifully decorated and great value for money. I would definitely stay again. I LOVED THE SPA BATH.
