I was very much impresed by the way we were treated, and the place is very much nice and safe I personally would like to recomend it to the couples but they must use their own transport to travel around they will enjoy their stay.

My friends,cousins and I enjoyed our stay at clinch self catering, it is quiet a nice peaceful place. The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean and modern. All the basics were supplied and the kitchen was well appointed with all the requirements. I would come here at any opportunity and recommend it to friends and family. You can't go wrong here! Clinch self catering is home away from home, we indeed had a comfortable and safe stay. We thank Lawrie and Lorraine for providing us with a safe well equipped accommodation.

I must say when I arrived, my partner and I felt as if we had arrived at a place called " Home ". The apartment as we walked in was breath taking, clean, spacious for a couple. It's a quiet place and really good for relaxing. There is an amazing view of the clear blue waters as you exit the entrance. All in all, I enjoyed my stay there. The owners are very friendly and I wont hesitate to visit again.

It was nice staying at Clinch. The owners made sure we had everything to ensure we are comfortable. I regard Clinch as my 'home' in Durban. Whenever I visit Durbs again, I'll stay at Clinch.

We enjoyed staying at Clinch. We didn't have any disturbances and it was quiet and peaceful. I would advice that if people are staying for more than two days they need to provide a clean set of sheets and towels. Other than that, everything was okay.

It’s the bomb! The place is cool. The owners are nice and friendly and it's close to shopping malls and beaches. If I have the opportunity to go to Durban again this will definitely be my stay.

My husband and I sponsored my cousin's honeymoon during September 2011 at clinch and they both said that they thoroughly enjoyed themselves! I met Mr Lawrie in person and he was extremely friendly and helpful! I really recommend Clinch Self-catering to everyone.

The location is perfect, very central and accessible to shops and main roads. The unit is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

I stayed at Clinch Cottage for 10 nights and had a fantastic stay. The hosts are kind and accommodating and the cottage is spacious, neat, and very comfortable. I will definitely book this cottage when my family goes on holiday to Durban.

We had the whole flat which consists of spacious rooms. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. We enjoyed our own privacy with wonderful hospitality from Clinch Self-catering, while still enjoying the view of the sea. The unit is also situated close to shops, malls and easy to get to main roads. We recommend Clinch Self-catering to anyone who needs accommodation for business or a holiday. Enjoyable stay.

Definitely not what I was expecting. The hosts are warm generous people and provided more than just holiday accommodation. The house was gorgeous and we were really impressed. We will be going back.

Clinch Cottage was the perfect home away from home. It was a nice quiet & relaxing home and close to all the main attractions that we wanted to see. Lauwrie was very welcoming and we felt right at home in the cottage. It was great to have a place where our 3 year old son could play outside safely. Next time we visit Durban, Clinch Cottage will definitely be our temporary home again! The only problem was that our holiday was too short, as holidays always seem to be!

So peaceful and close to gateway mall, la lucia mall as well as close to the beach front.. I would highly recommend clinch cottages as your perfect home whilst in Durban... I'm sure i'll be back real soon... The location is perfectly central for site seeing Umthanga rocks and Ushaka marine theme park...

Our stay was beautiful and relaxing. I would love to come back for more days. The owners helped us as a family to acclimatize easily. I wish them more blessings in their daily lives.

Our stay at Clinch was fantastic. The hosts are very friendly and the guesthouse was perfect for a comfortable and relaxed weekend away. We will return to Clinch without a doubt!!
